GridRUS Modules

Introduction

GridRUS is distributed as three modules that can be used separately. End-users and Administrators are advised to read the Quick Start guide to familiarise themselves with the GridRUS features. Administrators are also encouraged to read the Deployment Guide in the GridRUS Service module for configuration instructions.

Modules

  • GridRUS Core - The Core GridRUS Engine that provides a Java API for managing persistence and query of usage records job launching and file staging plugins.
  • GridRUS Service - A Web Service that implements the Resource Usage Service specification
  • GridRUS Client - Client APIs and Tools for inserting or querying usage records stored in a Resource Usage Service.
  • GridRUS Schema - Classes representing the Resource Usage Service and Usage Record schemas.
